Find your edition

For M-PESA, reopen the private receipt saved at checkout, or open your signed-in library. If a prompt expired or you cancelled it, check that same order before requesting another payment. A direct till transfer does not automatically create a website order.

For Ko-fi, use the download link in the Ko-fi confirmation or your Ko-fi purchases. A purchase there does not automatically attach to a different account email. Contact us if you need help restoring access.

Download and extract the ZIP before opening START-HERE. EPUB is the reflowable book format; PDFs are printable and annotatable, not fillable forms. A digital order does not ship a physical book.

If payment or delivery went wrong

Email capkamau@gmail.com with the title, order reference, checkout used, and what failed. For M-PESA include the receipt code if one was issued. Never send your PIN, password, full card details or verification codes.

For a suspected duplicate charge, do not pay again. We check the transaction records and arrange correction or refund of a confirmed duplicate. For a missing, corrupted or incorrect file, we first restore access or supply the correct file. If delivery cannot be resolved, request a refund with the same order details.

Support is handled manually and is not monitored continuously. We do not offer a guaranteed response time.

Refund requests and other purchase problems are reviewed by the studio; they are not an automated instant-refund service. Ko-fi purchases are handled through the original payment route where possible. This help page does not limit rights under applicable law.

Receipts, updates and licences

Guest access links last 30 days. Save your ZIP for offline use. Verified purchases attached to an account remain in its library while the service is available. Keep proof of purchase when requesting help after a link expires.

The Founding Collection includes The Last Human Witness. The Group Edition includes the same Volume I cases; its extra value is host guidance and private group permission. Read the licence before planning an event. Paid files and private access links cannot be redistributed or resold.
