Your enquiry
The enquiry form prepares a message in your email application. It does not submit your details to a website database. You choose whether to send the email. The copy option places the brief on your clipboard only when selected. The download option saves a plain-text brief on your device; you decide how to share it. The type preview changes text locally in the page.
Information you share
Contact details and project descriptions sent by email are used to respond to your enquiry and discuss the requested work. Please do not include confidential case files or signatures in an initial enquiry. Before receiving manuscripts or handwriting samples, we agree the service, access, handling, any production suppliers and retention arrangements with you.
Digital book checkout
Our M-PESA checkout sends your mobile number and payment request to Safaricom. It stores your email, order details, hashed phone and network identifiers, payment status and receipt where supplied. These records support payment verification, abuse prevention and delivery. Your PIN stays in M-PESA. After verified payment, download your ZIP from the checkout page and save your access link privately; it expires after 30 days. That expiry does not mean order records are deleted. Email delivery is not currently provided by our M-PESA checkout. Ko-fi purchases use Ko-fi’s own payment and delivery services.
Ko-fi purchase matching
Where Ko-fi orders are synced to our library, we receive a verified purchase notification and store a hash of the purchase email for matching to a verified signed-in account. We also keep transaction and product references, quantity, amount and currency for access, support and reconciliation. The sync does not publish purchase notes or subscribe you to marketing messages; your reading notes remain private.
Your choices
You may contact us about access, correction or deletion of information you have supplied. Commissioning a service does not by itself authorise public display or resale of your handwriting. Any such use is agreed separately.
Hosting and external services
The site does not add marketing analytics or advertising cookies. Hosting providers may process access logs and, for private previews, authentication information. Opening an email link uses your chosen email provider. Fonts and images are served with this site.
Examples and commissions
The book photograph is an AI-generated concept, and the lettering previews use an illustrative open-source typeface. They are not completed client projects. Project pricing, timing, deliverables, rights and revisions are set out in an individual agreement. Personal fonts reproduce an appearance; they do not authenticate a document or replace a signing process.

Your account library and saved progress
Our reading room uses ChatGPT sign-in, provided by the hosting platform. The platform gives this site a stable user ID and account email. We use identity to keep purchases and progress attached to the right account; your notes are not public and we do not post to your accounts.
We store your chosen chapter, evidence marks, notes and save version in the account database. Paid access is checked on the server against verified purchases. A saved or client-reported solve never grants purchase access. You can export your notebook in the reader; to request account-data deletion, contact capkamau@gmail.com. Transaction records may need to be retained separately for payment and accounting purposes.
Guest progress stays in that browser. A guest order receipt contains a private bearer link lasting 30 days; anyone who has it can access that order. Keep it private, and attach a verified purchase to your account to recover it across devices. Save purchased files locally as well. Account access depends on the reading-room service remaining available.
We use no advertising pixels in the reading room. Separate shops and sign-in providers apply their own privacy policies. Signing in or purchasing does not subscribe you to marketing messages.
