Pay against your invoice.

  1. Open M-PESA and choose Buy Goods & Services (or Buy Goods in the M-PESA app).

  3. Review the merchant name Kwimu, amount and any fee shown by M-PESA. If the details differ, stop and contact us.
  4. Authorise the payment in M-PESA. Keep your confirmation message.

Reply to your invoice email with the transaction code and invoice reference so we can match the payment. We confirm receipt after checking our merchant records.

Never share your M-PESA PIN or one-time code with us. We never ask for either. Invoice payments are matched manually; the separate book checkout verifies M-PESA payments automatically.
